Pilot partners

Try AI with us in a four-week pilot

For Irish nonprofits, EU-project partners and funders, and organisations that use Community Magazine: four weeks to start using AI safely. We’re taking three pilot partners, starting now.

Who it’s for

  • Irish nonprofits

Charities and nonprofits in Ireland that want to start using AI safely. In the EU, organisations that use AI must take measures to build their staff’s AI literacy; week 2 trains your team.

  • EU-project partners and funders

Organisations working together on an EU project, and funders and umbrella bodies: try AI in one organisation first. The write-up at the end says what was done and learned.

  • Community Magazine users

Organisations that use Community Magazine, or want to. In weeks 3 and 4, we roll it out with your staff and members.

    About Community Magazine

Week by week

How the four weeks work

  1. Week 1

An audit and an AI policy

We look at how your team uses AI today, and with which tools and data, then write a plain-language AI policy with you.

  2. Week 2

    AI literacy training

Training for your team on using AI well and safely in their work, under your new AI policy.

  3. Weeks 3–4

    One tool, rolled out

Your choice: an AI tool for your team, or Community Magazine, a magazine everyone can be in. We roll it out with you.

  4. At the end

    A short write-up

What was done and learned, for you to keep.

How to start

  1. Book a call, or send a short brief

A 30-minute intro call: a no-obligation conversation with us about where your team’s time goes and whether we can help. Or tell us about your organisation in a short brief, and choose the pilot.

  2. We reply within two working days

To a brief, with times for a call. In the call, we’ll tell you honestly whether a pilot fits, and its price.

  3. We agree it in writing

What the pilot covers, when it runs and its fixed price, before it starts.
