Terms of website use
About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, which is run by Innovative Workspace Company Limited by Guarantee (Innovative Workspace CLG, “we”), a not-for-profit company registered in Ireland (company number 775662), whose registered office is at 77 Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland. By using the website you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the website.
Information, not advice
The website gives general information about AI and about our services. It isn’t legal, HR, tax or other professional advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise that everything on it is complete, current or free of errors. Each blog post shows when it was written and when it was last reviewed.
Our services
Nothing on the website is an offer that can be accepted. Any work we do is agreed in writing first, with a fixed price and a written scope, and those written terms apply to it.
Copyright and use of content
The text, design and graphics on this website belong to Innovative Workspace CLG or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use, share links to them, and quote short extracts with a credit and a link to the page. Please ask us before using our content in any other way.
Client quotes, the names of other organisations and some photographs belong to their owners and are used with permission or under their own licences.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, including the sources of facts we quote. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, or for how they handle your data.
Using the website properly
Please don’t misuse the website: for example, don’t try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, or use it to send anything unlawful or harmful.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time, and we aren’t responsible if it is unavailable for a while.
Our liability
The website is free to use and gives general information only. We aren’t responsible for decisions you make based on it, or for loss caused by the website being unavailable or by content on other websites we link to. If you use the website for your organisation’s business, we aren’t liable for loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our act or omission, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data, including anything you send us through the website.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. Any dispute about them can be brought before the Irish courts. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country and you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
